Automating business processes with software solutions has been the core of our business service for the past eight years. While providing enterprise wide support for numerous Fortune 500 companies, we have also listened to and filled the software needs of the small to medium sized business market. Some of the more recent projects we have deployed include: A Docking Toolbar - a unique request that we recently began to work on came from a hardware reseller. This client asked for a special toolbar to sit on the windows desktop. The toolbar would remain in the foreground while displaying rotating banner ads that contained hyperlinks to the corresponding website. The toolbar was also password protected allowing only the administrator to close it. An Employee Rating System - everyone is familiar with the old surveys you take to rate the performance of another employee. A performance coaching consultant approached us looking to develop an automated process to use in providing this service. Instead of using the traditional pencil and paper methods he asked for a desktop application that would prompt the user to rate the employee based on a series of statements. We provided the solution and have also added functionality to the application in the form of reports and graphs to help in analyzing the feedback. The program has been such a success that we are now in the process of porting the application to the internet. A Personalized Timer - we recently purchased specialty software that enabled us to launch our remote backup service. The backup software came with its own timer that we felt was lacking in form and function. Seeing that there was no alternative, we immediately developed our own timer application and called it RBInitiator. Aside from its basic functionality, the timer's most inviting feature is the ability to customized it to the service. We decided to market it to other backup service providers, and it was immediately welcomed warmly in the community. As it will soon become obsolete, we are offering the package at no cost.
