WINTER 2021 SESSION: January 25th to April 7th


***Winter Session will be 9 weeks ***

The Closter PTO is excited to offer an 9 week virtual afterschool enrichment program at Hillside Elementary School. Classes are held directly after school  on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We offer a Fall and Winter program each year. Kindergarten through fourth grade Hillside students can choose from a variety of fun, engaging, hands on programs such as Minecraft, Mixed Media Art, Graphic Design, Jewelry Making, Cooking, Entrepreneuship, Science Experiments, Magic, and many more! We utilize our talented Hillside teachers as well as reputable local vendors such as Challenge Island, Teammakers, L'ifestyle Lounge, Code Ninjas, to name just a few.

You must be a current Closter PTO member to participate in the Afterschool Enrichment Program (ASEP)

***Please pay close attention to class times as they vary (classes start at 3:15, 3:30, or 4:00pm) . ***

***Several classes include supply kits which parents will need to pick up at Hillside parking lot the week of January 18th. Exact date and time to be announced ***

Monday Classes
1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29

Tuesday Classes
1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30

Wednesday Classes
1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/24, 3/3, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7

There will be NO ASEP on the following dates:
2/15, 2/16, 2/17 - Winter Break/School Closed 

3/10 - Parent/Teacher conferences

Monday classes end on March 29th
Tuesday classes end on March 30th
Wednesday classes end on April 7th


  • Visit www.closterpto.org to access your account by entering your email address and a unique password
  • NEW FAMILIES: visit www.closterpto.org and click “create your account” and follow the on-line instructions.
  • Click the Programs: Order” menu, and choose one of the three “Hillside ASEP Winter 2021” days to view offerings for each day and order your class.


  • Refunds will only be given as a result of insufficient enrollment. If there are not enough students signed up, class will be cancelled and your payment will be returned if you don’t choose a second choice.
  • Please have your child choose his/her classes carefully. Once classes start, there will be NO refunds for cancellation due to any personal schedule change. And NO switching classes will be allowed.

***No exceptions will be made and we appreciate your cooperation ***

  • No refunds will be given due to student illness, student withdrawal for personal reasons, and/or expulsion due to behavior problems.
