One of the HHSA Board responsibilities is to keep accurate financial records and submit our accounts annually. We use the Quickbooks platform for all incoming and outgoing transactions, including regular reconciliation of the HHSA website platform hosted by Paperless PTO. In accordance with the HHSA Bylaws we prepare an annual budget which is presented to and voted on by the Board and then the Membership.
